Marvin G. Morazan
Marvin is an associate attorney who has focused his practice on
anti-money laundering compliance, real estate, and corporate
litigation. He began his career as General Counsel for one of the
fastest-growing solar energy installers in the United States,
overseeing their rapid expansion and growth from 50 employees in 11
states to over 200 employees in 24 states in 18 months. He has
experience advising companies of all sizes, from start-ups in their
infancy to private companies going through funding rounds.
Marvin's experience includes both direct courtroom experience,
as well as overseeing local counsel for remote matters. He has
successfully negotiated a number employer-employee relations
matters, as well as independent contractor disputes, to settlement.
He has also overseen local counsel in multiple other states through
all stages of litigation as both plaintiff and defendant.
Marvin is a graduate of the University of the Pacific (B.A.) and
Loyola University Chicago School of Law (J.D.). During law school,
Marvin competed on Loyola's ABA Negotiation Team and was the
student representative to the International Trademark Association.
Marvin also studied at the University of Pau in Pau, France, and
received his Diplome Francais Professionnel certifying his fluency
and ability to conduct business in French.
In his spare time Marvin enjoys cooking, playing hockey, rowing,
and gardening.
